The second phase consists in analyzing your method of work, the current organization: type of management, means at the disposal of collaborators (existing crm, reporting Excel, gescom tool, methods and means of access to their tools), management of quantitative and qualitative commercial objectives, and frequency of analyses.
This phase allows the identification of the strong points, but also of the potential defects or failings of the existent set-up, so that future needs may be better modeled.
The third phase necessitates a strong involvement by your teams and represents the fundamental phase for interviews. It will make it possible for the consultant to precisely identify the needs and evolutions to be evaluated in your enterprise.
We meet the key collaborators of your company who are concerned with bringing about the further evolution of the organization. On average the interview lasts 1 to 2 hours. It implies the total interruption of the work of your assistant during this time span.
The interview takes place in an open or semi-directive form and allows collecting information on the context in which your assistants work: daily actions, motivations, satisfactions, difficulties they face and recommended solutions.
The fourth phase is a period of observation that will allow the validation of the gathered information during the interview stage. The Vetic consultant may come to the office of the collaborator or accompany him during his rounds. All observation phases may last between 1 hour and 1 day.
The consultant observes and watches your collaborator while he works (E-mails, telephone calls, writing of estimates, work account, relations with his collaborators (managers, collaborators of other services, assistants...). The consultant may ask questions to the collaborator, to have the latter formalize and verbalize his actions.
